3Bs stands for Bimal's Biohacking Brain. I'm thirteen years past Stage IIIC rectal cancer, living with a permanent colostomy, and writing about how to stay mobile and independent for life. I took every drug they gave me in 2013; I have spent thirteen years trying to earn the right not to need any more. How I make this: every story, fact, name and number here is mine, from my own life and from notes I typed on my phone in 2013. I use AI the way I use it in my health log: it interviews me, drafts in my voice, and checks my facts. I correct and approve every line before it goes out. I am a patient, not a doctor, and nothing here is medical advice.
